About Us
As a family of six, Charlotte and I have enjoyed some of our best vacations at the Gulf Beaches of Florida. We have a close knit family and my oldest son recently married (she is the sixth not pictured -yet). We have homes and spend most of our time in Tennessee, Kentucky, Wisconsin and Florida. The Florida location is ideal for weather, activities, friends and family.
WHY GULF BEACHES IN FLORIDA - INDIAN ROCKS BEACH AND TREASURE ISLAND USA:
The location makes it a great destination to fly or drive to. You are on the beach and can focus on your vacation from a great central location. Gulf Boulevard speaks for itself. It is an excellent cruise. The drive from Clearwater to St. Petersburg is only twenty minutes with the ocean at your side.
Each condo is beachfront and benefits from top floor privacy and great views. 35 minutes from Tampa International and 25 minutes from Clearwater PIE airports.
The Reef Club condos in Indian Rocks Beach are direct ocean views. The Sunset Vistas condos in Treasure Island are Gulf View. They are top floor middle, with an expansive view and looking over the “big beach” side of this world famous beach. The condos at each complex are side-by-side giving larger groups and friends & families booking convenience.
You will find covered, first level reserved parking near the double elevators at each condo. Take the elevators to the top floor and enter your personal code to get in. You by-pass the front desk - or the line . . . and start your vacation right away.
There are many pro sports teams in Tampa, Busch Gardens is nearby and there is the beauty of the Gulf. Excellent restaurants on Gulf Boulevard within walking distance. Nearby Orlando offers Disney, Universal, Sea World, the Orlando Magic and more. We have had family fly into Orlando, meet with us and drive to our Gulf Beach condo in either Indian Rocks Beach or Treasure Island.

The Floridian Restaurant for Cuban Sandwich - and other good stuff.
Ricky T's and Caddy's are local favorites and can get "rambunctious" -
